Vision for FISD
- Strengthening programs that foster Entrepreneurial Skills and enrolling community support for the existing programs in order to increase the availability of such programs to students
- Ensuring Fiscal Responsibility of the district finances towards effective usage to the community with no major impact to the tax payers
- Optimizing the use of Technology for teaching and learning without additional costs to the District
- Focusing on Reduced Class Sizes to increase the effectiveness of students and reduce the work load on teachers
- Strengthening Mental Health programs; to be available to ensure that pressures of students are addressed in a timely manner
- Providing support to the specialized programs within Special Education Programs to meet the needs of students now and in the future
- Emphasizing Future Ready Programs for middle and high school students in the future
